Client: National Trading Company of NZ.

Objective: To redevelop the previous Woolworths store with a new building to house Browns Bay New World.

What we did: Provided urban design advice to the client and consultant team and assist with the application for resource consent. We prepared an urban design assessment, evidence and attendance at hearings.

Outcome: Resource consent granted.
