Client: Foodstuffs.

Objective: To develop an office building with retail at ground floor on the corner of Mahuhu Crescent and Beach Road, Auckland City. Building bulk and floor areas were issues in determining the most appropriate form for the site, being a gateway to the Vector Arena precinct.

What we did: Provided urban design advice, presented at urban design panel hearing, prepared urban design assessment of effects and evidence for a Council Hearing and Environment Court appeal.

Outcome: Resource consent granted and construction completed.
