Southern Gateway

Client: Southern Gateway Consortium.

Objective: To achieve an appropriate urban land use zoning for approximately 200 hectares of land between the Auckland International Airport and Manukau City known as the 'Puhunui Gateway.

What we did: We undertook a site and context analysis and identified and assessed 8 conceptual options encompassing 4 road access options.

Outcome: Private Plan Change request is currently being considered by Auckland Council.
