Client: Developer.

Objective: Convince authorities to rezone investigated area to residential use.

What we did: In coordination with the engineers designed subdivision schematic. Rather than this being an actual and final design, the purpose of this design is to prove to council the investigated area is suitable for residential use.

Outcome: in progress, decision pending.
