Cluster Subdivision

Client: Developer.

Objective: To consider opportunities for residential subdivision on a 6.4 hectare.

What we did: We carried out a site analysis and identified urban design principles and parameters relating to environment, built form, servicng and access and connections. We developed concept options for discussion the with client.

Outcome: Consultation with specialist consultants is continuing and design is being refined.
