Te Whau Lodge

Client: Te Whau Lodge Limited.

Objective: To develop an exclusive lodge on Waiheke Island.

What we did: Provided architectural and landscape design services to prepare plans for resource consent. Prepared resource consent application including Assessment of Environmental Effects and project management.

Outcome: Resource Consent obtained. Successfully built and operated as an exclusive lodge.
