Flatbush New Town

Client: Manukau City Council

Objective: To critique the first stages of Flat Bush New Town in South Auckland.

What we did: Researched the urban design outcomes being achieved and highlighted issues that could be addressed for future stages.

Outcome: Findings were used to inform the planning mechanisms for future land release areas in Flat Bush including the establishment of a structure plan for open space and roading networks.
