City Mission

Client: Auckland City Mission.

Objective: To redevelop two sites between Hobson Street and Federal Street Auckland with a highrise apartment building, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre and retail. Alongside a new public open space connecting with St Matthews in the City Church. The concept is a winning entry to the design competition by Stevens Lawson Architects.

What we did: Served as the urban design consultants assisting with the preparation of resource consent application. Provided an urban design assessment of the proposal.

Outcome: Resource consent granted. Awaiting funding to develop.
