Khartoum Place

Client: Auckland City Council.

Objective: To run a design competition for the redevelopment of Khartoum Place, an important pedestrian link between Queens St and Albert Park.

What we did: We worked with Clouston Asscoiates and presented a design that demonstrated how the cultural influences of the precinct can be used in the creation of a space with a strong identity and significant level changes.

Outcome: One of five finalists. Precinct redesigned according to different brief.
