Client: Tonea Investments Limited.
Objective: To obtain resource consent for stage 1 of mixed use development.
What we did: Provided urban design and planning input into site layout and design of retail and commerical development on the southern portion of the site (2.7ha). Presented to the Auckland Council Urban Design Panel and prepared an Urban Design Statement/ Assessment to accompany the resource consent application.
Outcome: Discretionary resource consent application for Stage 1 approved in September 2012.
Stage 1 is currently under construction.
