Objective: To provide for town centre development through the statutory planning process.
What we did: Provision of urban design and planning advice to support a 'Mixed Use' zoning of the site through Plan Change 12 of the Papakura District Plan.
Outcome: An Environment Court decision determined that a mixed use zoning was appropriate for the site. The detailed provisions of the mixed use zoning are being negotiated and will be determined at an Envrionment Court Hearing early in 2012.
